The Sanctuary at Alexandra Place is located in Tampa, Florida. The developer is Taub Entities, owned by Tampa residents Debbie and Brian Taub. The 17-story luxury condominium offers one home per floor with prices ranging from $2.3 million to more than $4.8 million. Located on Tampa’s iconic Bayshore Boulevard, each home is designed to have a 360-degree view of Tampa and Old Hillsborough Bay with floor to ceiling glass window walls throughout.

SLIMPACT® was selected as the featured window wall product, providing a frameless system with no metal to obstruct the views. What makes SLIMPACT® unique is the fact that it’s the first frameless window system that also meets Florida’s tough impact-resistant standards, including the HVHZ (High-Velocity Hurricane Zone) region of South Florida.  This was the product of choice for the Taub’s after the recent renovation of their home which included SLIMPACT® Windows and Doors.

“Having installed SLIMPACT® in our home, we knew this would be the ideal window system for The Sanctuary. The contoured glass provides 48-feet of spectacular uninterrupted views of the Bay and will distinguish The Sanctuary from every other residence tower in Florida,” said Brian Taub.

Tim Clemmons, Principal of Place Architecture, located in St. Petersburg, FL, whose team designed the luxury mid-rise tower, remarked, “The Sanctuary’s curved glass façade replicates the beautiful sweeping curve of Bayshore Boulevard.”
